The structures of the products were proved using IR, <sup>1</sup>H and <sup>13</sup>C NMR spectroscopy. The synthesized compounds were tested for antimicrobial and antinociceptive activities. The resulting compounds have shown antinociceptive activity greater than that of metamizole sodium.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Четырехкомпонентной реакцией N-метиламида ацетоуксусной кислоты с димедоном, ароматическим альдегидом и ацетатом аммония в отсутствие растворителя получены замещенные N-метил-5-оксо-1,4,5,6,7,8-гексагидрохинолин-3-карбоксамиды. Строение полученных веществ установлено на основании данных ИК, ЯМР <sup>1</sup>Н и <sup>13</sup>С спектроскопии. Изучена антибактериальная и антиноцицептивная активность синтезированных соединений.
