ПРОБЛЕМЫ ДИСТАНЦИОННОГО ОБУЧЕНИЯ В СТРАНАХ ЕС В ПЕРИОД ПАНДЕМИИ COVID-19

Статья посвящена анализу проблем дистанционного обучения, с которыми столкнулись страны Евросоюза во время пандемии COVID-19. Государства-члены пытались не только снизить риски заражения в ходе контактов преподавателей и обучающихся, но и обеспечить необходимое качество учебного процесса. Показано неоднозначное влияние дистанционного обучения на уровень успеваемости в различных странах ЕС. Определены факторы, которые затрудняли дистанционное обучение. Выявлены негативные последствия ограничительных мер в секторе образования. Акцентировано внимание на риске снижения уровня конкурентоспособности будущих выпускников учебных заведений на рынке труда. Исследована реакция национальных властей стран ЕС на ситуацию в секторе образования, которая выразилась в принятии комплекса неотложных мер, включая проведение дополнительных занятий с отстающими учениками, подготовку и активное использование учебно-методических материалов, предоставление бесплатных сим-карт на неограниченный срок обучающимся из семей с низким уровнем доходов, обеспечение компьютерами и доступом в интернет нуждающихся детей. Сделан вывод, что сектор образования в странах ЕС продемонстрировал необходимую приспособляемость к ситуации благодаря поддержке со стороны органов власти.
